Auf einem 7 x 20 m großen Grundstück unmittelbar an der Innenstadtzone von Pfullingen wurde ein Einfamilienhaus geplant in dem ein innenstadtnahes hochwertiges Wohnen möglich ist. Aufgrund der engen Situation und stark befahrenen Hauptstraße wurde das gesamte Haus aus Betonfertigteilen mit innenliegender Wärmeisolierung erstellt. Lediglich die Geschoßdecken wurden vor Ort geschalt. Das Tageslicht wird von Süden über ein großes Oberlicht eingefangen und fällt über einen Luftraum in den Mittelbereich des darunterliegenden Wohngeschosses. Das Garagentor ist an die beiden großflächig verglasten Stirnseiten angepasst und bildet eine einheitliche Optik. Es entsteht genügend Raum für eine Schlafebene mit Badezimmer, eine Wohnebene, ein Fitness- und Gästebereich mit Gästetoilette sowie eine Dachterrasse mit Ausblick zur Schwäbischen Alb.

Mein Buhl gesellt sich immerdar mir wie die Monat ihrem Jahr, und schon vom ersten Januar, da mich die Kälte heftig störet. In  allem tut sie ihre Pflicht von Herzen und von Angesicht. Und auch im Hornung lüg ichs nicht, wenn auch Kälte mich empöret. Sie macht mich krank und oft gesund mit Lieb und Leid zu mancher Stund, das kommt vom März, er tut ihrs kund, wie ich von Ärzten hab gehöret. Das Glück ist gut für Mißgeschick, und wenn ich wähne, ich sei im Glück, verkehrts April im Augenblick.
